Studio Policy

Scheduling

Each student is encouraged to arrive on time for each scheduled lesson. If the student is later than 15 min, the lesson is considered a cancellation and will not be considered a make-up. (2 hour lesson will be considered a cancellation after 30 minutes)

Make-ups

To receive a make-up lesson, you must call at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson, and have any of the circumstances listed below. All make-up lessons must be taken within the same tuition period.

Payment

• Please bring cash or check when paying for your lessons
• All lessons must be paid in advance

Discontinuing lessons

A minimum of two-weeks notice is required to discontinue lessons. If less than two weeks notice is given, the student will be charged the tuition fee for two additional lessons on top of the regular tuition.
